1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the SpareDock platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use SpareDock.
2. About SpareDock
SpareDock is a B2B procurement platform operated by Commercial Parts Hub Ltd. It enables fleet buyers to request quotes, place orders, and manage procurement activities for commercial vehicle parts. Suppliers on the platform may proactively share pricing and offers directly with buyers. Market brands may also use SpareDock to showcase their products, updates, and brand content to relevant fleet users.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent a business to use SpareDock. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts
To use SpareDock, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities under your login.
5. Platform Usage
You agree not to misuse SpareDock. You may not: interfere with security or access systems; copy, reverse engineer, or resell our software; or engage in any unlawful activity through the platform.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
SpareDock services are subject to subscription and transaction-based pricing. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or plan. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
7. Supplier and Brand Responsibilities
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their quotes, pricing, and order fulfillment. SpareDock encourages suppliers to proactively share offers and pricing to improve buyer outcomes. Market brands may use the platform to promote their products and engage buyers but must not misrepresent information or breach IP rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All SpareDock platform content, branding, and functionality are the property of Commercial Parts Hub Ltd unless otherwise stated. Users retain rights to their data but grant us a license to use it for platform functionality.
9. Data Protection and Privacy

10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse. Users may terminate accounts by written notice.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
SpareDock acts solely as a digital facilitator between fleet buyers, suppliers, and brands. We do not manufacture, supply, or sell any parts or products. All decisions to purchase from suppliers or select specific brands are made solely by the buyer.
SpareDock does not guarantee the accuracy of supplier pricing, the availability or quality of products, or the performance of any supplier or brand. Buyers are responsible for verifying the suitability and legality of any purchases made.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpareDock disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising out of any third-party transaction, including but not limited to delivery failures, product defects, or pricing discrepancies.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or government regulations.
13. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Users will be notified of significant updates.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
